  • Sound so business-like where you are not relatable (in regards to you saying that you want a personal touch).

  • Use objective statements - My goal is to help you...

  • Keep the point of view consistent (I, my, me). Do not refer to your business as a separate entity from you. Life with Gia is you. So to reference "Life With Gia" is like talking in the third person, and that is never received well.
