WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

Life coaches work with individuals who are looking to create a pathway to achieve goals and attain fulfillment in life. Life Coaching challenges clients to think bigger and assist in brainstorming, planning, organizing, and ultimately executing your goals. After your sessions we hope to inspire, empower, and provide accountability.

WHO IS SUITABLE FOR LIFE COACHING?

Coaching is for anyone who wants to maximize their full potential in life. Life coaching focuses on the present and future to create positive change rather than diving into past trauma. Coaches are NOT licensed mental health therapists and do not diagnose or prescribe medication. In the initial "awareness" call the coach will layout what to expect in a coaching session and both parties will determine if the client could benefit from coaching.
